About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support, including for pupils with additional needs.
* Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
* Monitor pupil progress and share feedback with the teacher.
* Promote positive behaviour and uphold safeguarding standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an EYFS setting (school or nursery).
* A caring, proactive approach to supporting young learners.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
