5 Axis CNC Operator – Manufacturing / Precision Engineering - Lates 2pm-10pm
We are currently recruiting for a 5 Axis CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and precision engineering company based in Hayes.
This role involves operating 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centres with Fanuc controls within a busy production environment, manufacturing high-quality engineered components.
The company is looking for someone with previous CNC machining experience who is confident operating CNC machinery and working from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centres
* Work with Fanuc control systems
* Load and unload components and tooling
* Monitor machining operations and ensure quality standards are maintained
* Read and work from engineering drawings and production documentation
* Carry out basic quality inspections using measuring equipment
* Maintain machine cleanliness and good housekeeping standards
* Support production and manufacturing operations as required
* Follow company health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Experience with 4 Axis or 5 Axis CNC machines preferred
* Fanuc controls experience beneficial
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometers
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Reliable and proactive approach to work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
