Requirements:
– Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and basic decorating
– Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
– Ensuring equipment, fixtures, and fittings are in good working order
– Supporting with fire safety checks, health & safety compliance, and record keeping
– Liaising with external contractors when needed
