We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for ourToyota Dealership based in Lincoln. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm as well as working 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 1pm.
Benefits include a basic salary of £35,000 and OTE of £58,000and use of a company car.
Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered
Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department
This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Parts Manager, or as an experienced Service Manager and is looking to Listers for better career and reward opportunities.

Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
