Our client, a leading distribution company in the North Belfast area, are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to join their team.Main Duties:Answering telephones taking customer ordersAccurately processing of sales orders, raising despatch notes and invoicing.Weighbridge DutiesLiaise with production facilities to ensure adequate supply of productsScheduling of vehicles on a daily basis for local domestic house and shop deliveriesOrganising haulage for wholesale deliveries across Ireland and the UKReceipting of cash/cheques from customersPreparing daily lodgements to bank, recording in cash books and entering/allocating on computer systemDealing with enquiries effectively and efficientlyTimely completion of all daily, weekly and monthly office functions, including the completion of work sheets and checklists.Essential CriteriaAt least 2 years experience working in a busy office processing sales orders and logistics co-ordinating.Excellent computer skills email, excel, wordWork to deadlinesPro-active approach to workExcellent communication skillsDesirable Criteria:Similar Industry ExperienceAccounting systems experience Sage/PeritoSkills:Sage/Perito email, excel, word LogisticsWHJS1_NI
