What you will do: Provide strong leadership and direction to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the hospital's objectives and standards. Work closely with senior leadership, including the Hospital Director, Finance Manager, and Operations Manager, to achieve strategic goals and maintain operational excellence. Facilitate the development and implementation of clinical governance and quality assurance initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and manage resources effectively to sustain agreed activity levels, ensuring the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Consultants, GPs, Integrated Care Systems, and Suppliers to build and maintain effective working relationships. Oversee the administration of budgets, management reports, and supply contracts to maintain financial integrity. Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and legal and professional care standards. Lead clinical projects, drive innovation, and utilise business acumen to make informed decisions that enhance patient care.
