A bit about the role…

Instant Win Games (IWGs) are digital games loved by National Lottery players. With game types including online Scratchcards, Bingo, Word, Board & Dice, and with prizes ranging from 25p to over £1 Million – there is something for everyone!

The IWG Product Executive will report into the IWG Product Manager and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Instant Win Games roadmap and category innovation. This is a great opportunity to get into gaming and play a key role in providing a high-quality Instant Win Games experience for existing and new consumers, to help raise millions for Good Causes.

We operate a hybrid working model requiring employees to work from the office 3 days per week. These in-office days will be spread across the standard working week (Monday - Friday).

What you’ll be doing…

* Support with the delivery of the game roadmap, to ensure innovative and appealing games are always available to players.
* Work alongside the IWG Assistant Product Managers and other IWG Product Executive and support the end-to-end design, development and delivery process.
* Follow end-to-end production and post-production processes to complete game checks, signoffs and launch notifications prior to game releases.
* Ensure all games are managed through the risk assessment tools prior to launch and manage the collation of results.
* Complete game checklists and support game owners on game slide creation for the weekly game governance meeting.
* Work with internal stakeholders including the Allwyn Game Studio, Content, Legal and QA, to gain the required game approvals.
* Create and maintain key trackers, reports and checklists on a regular basis as part of our licence requirements.
* Work with the IWG Product Team to support the activities of the team, including providing feedback and ideas in creative review and team brainstorm sessions.
* Keep up to date with market trends in the lottery and iGaming space, to help identify new opportunities.

What experience we’re looking for…

* A great team player, who is reliable, willing to learn, ambitious, naturally organised, collaborative and enthusiastic.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrable oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
* Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners.
* A keen interest and passion for gaming.
* Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of Instant Win Games is a strong plus.

Key Measures of Success:

* Ability to manage multiple games and tasks, ensuring the required production and post-production processes are completed to a high standard and games are launched on time.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, teams and external partners.
