We’re looking for two Graduate Project Officers to join our Change Team & IT department. You’ll be right at the heart of our transformation journey—supporting projects that shape the future of policing and public service.
This is a 18-month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting project managers and senior leaders to deliver meaningful change.
* Helping plan, track, and deliver projects from start to finish.
* Researching, analysing, and reporting on key issues to help drive smart decisions.
* Organising meetings, capturing actions, and keeping everything running smoothly.
* Building great relationships across teams and with external partners.
The must haves
* A degree (or Master’s) in Policing, Criminology, Business, IT, Maths, or a related subject.
* Experience in admin or project support (internships, placements, or part-time roles).
* A curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a love for learning.
* Great communication skills—written and verbal.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint).

What’s next
For part-time hours, the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
