The Teaching Assistant (TA) will work alongside teachers to provide in-class support, helping students stay engaged and achieve their learning goals. Main Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support during lessons. Assist with preparing classroom resources and activities. Encourage positive behaviour and active participation. Support students with additional learning needs where required. Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times. Requirements of Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one). What’s in It for You?
