Commercial Property Paralegal Part Time
Our client a multi office high street firm of solicitors are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property paralegal on a part time basis three days per week. You will possess experience of both Commercial and Residential Property.
The Role
* Experience in dealing with conveyancing searches
* Land Registry searches and other property- related administration including producing engrossments
* You will be handling exchanges and completions
* Post exchange completions
Experience required
* A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential Property as you will be working unsupervised on occasions
* Experience of Leap case management system
* Part time 3 days per week
* Clear demonstratable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
* Possess good technical property experience
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
