Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this part‑time role (14 h / w, job share) ensures the efficient and effective delivery of operations services to the schools within the Faculty. It involves providing expert guidance and oversight for financial and HR processes, managing complex queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Operations Administrators responsible for day‑to‑day finance and HR tasks.
- Provide guidance and oversight for financial and HR processes.
- Manage complex queries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with central Finance and HR teams to ensure adherence to processes and appropriate escalation of complex issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced and motivated operations professional, educated to degree level or with equivalent experience.
- Substantial administrative expertise and a proven ability to lead and support teams delivering high‑quality financial and HR services.
- Strong working knowledge of systems such as Agresso and Oleeo, enabling guidance of colleagues, resolution of complex queries, and efficient processes.
- Skilled in reviewing workflows and implementing improvements, proactive and solution‑focused, with confidence managing competing priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective working relationships, recognise when to escalates issues and collaborate for smooth operational support.
