SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: Kettering
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
* Assist in delivering personalised learning plans under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo
* Promote inclusion and encourage independence and confidence in pupils
* Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
* Work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers and external professionals

We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech and language, SEMH, etc.)
* Is calm, resilient and empathetic in their approach
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understands the importance of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* Is flexible, proactive and a strong team player
