CALA Homes (North Home Counties) Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations and resources of Sales Consultants across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Motivate and lead the sales team to maximize sales and meet targets.
* Monitor and evaluate regional performance.
* Recruit new Sales Advisors and Sales Consultants in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director and the People Team, according to the resource plan.
* Coach and develop the sales team to ensure continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
* Maintain knowledge of the Company’s CRM System (Salesforce) and oversee its effective use by the sales team to generate management information (MI) for sales development.
* Ensure Sales Consultants gather and analyze competitor information in compliance with competition law, focusing on site-specific requirements and positioning.
* Organize and lead regular sales meetings, with follow-up minutes.
* Participate in site and office meetings, including outside of normal hours, and attend relevant training and travel as needed.
* Collaborate on induction processes for new staff.
* Ensure all health and safety policies are understood and implemented.
About You
Knowledge & Experience:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Proven experience in new homes sales progression with enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
* Advanced CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment, driving sales team behavior to achieve results.
* Previous sales experience in a new homes environment is essential.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in adhering to governance and processes.
* Experience overseeing sales performance across multiple developments to enhance customer service.
