Overview
An opportunity has arisen within our Finance Team to become an apprentice. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to job scheduling and coordination using Simpro, ensuring workflow and client/project tracking.
* Manage and update client and project records in Simpro.
* Process purchase invoices, credit notes, and expenses using Xero as a superuser.
* Support finance with invoice approval, payment tracking, and contract management.
* Reconcile supplier statements and maintain purchase records using our Data Feeding Programme.
* Handle supplier communications regarding invoice discrepancies and payments.
* Serve as superuser for Microsoft Office Suite for communication and documentation.
* Manage calls professionally, liaising with tenants and suppliers.

Salary
£15,704 per annum
Working Week
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. 40 hours weekly.

Most apprenticeship time is spent working with on-the-job training and gaining an SCQL Level 6 apprenticeship with QA.
