What You'll Do Coordinate and secure vocational and industry placement opportunities for students Match students to suitable placements and support their employability skills development Build positive relationships with employers, students, curriculum teams, and other stakeholders Monitor student progress through regular contact and employer visits, ensuring positive placement outcomes Ensure placements comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and College procedures Identify and resolve placement-related concerns in a timely and professional manner Track student performance and prepare reports on placement outcomes Maintain accurate placement records and data to support quality assurance and audit requirements What You'll Bring A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, customer service, careers guidance, administration, or a similar role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confidence working with employers, students, and internal stakeholders Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records and databases ?
