We are looking for an outstanding Lecturer in Counselling to join us on a variable-hours basis — someone who brings energy, professional expertise, and a passion for teaching adults and young people in the helping professions.
Lecturer in Counselling – Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging lectures in Counselling, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Providing academic support and guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Developing and updating curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
Contributing to the assessment and evaluation of student performance.
Actively participating in departmental meetings and collaborative initiatives.
Lecturer in Counselling – You:
A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
Professional experience in counselling practice or a related field.
Up-to-date knowledge of counselling theories, methodologies, and ethical practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Flexibility to work variable hours according to student and departmental needs.
