What the Role Involves:
1. Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 teaching may be available)
2. Using creative and varied teaching strategies to support all learners
3. Helping students develop confidence, resilience, and problem-solving abilities
4. Contributing to a collaborative Maths department, sharing ideas and best practice
5. Participating in extra-curricular opportunities, such as Maths clubs, STEM activities, or enrichment programs
Who We're Looking For:
6. Qualified Teacher of Mathematics (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
7. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and GCSE requirements
8. Passionate about helping students enjoy Maths and achieve their potential
9. Confident, adaptable, and proactive in contributing to school life
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Early Career Teachers are welcome, with mentoring and induction support available.
