Corporate Insurance Account Handler (Client Services)
Can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen
Salary - £36,000 - £40,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Account Handler or Account Manager keen to take on a new challenge? Our client is looking for a Client Service Advisor to join their Corporate Insurance team, working with a diverse range of clients across the UK.
In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of large mid-market corporate clients, helping to manage and grow relationships while assisting the team in winning new business. You’ll be based in Edinburgh but can work flexibly from home or any of the company’s offices in Scotland, with occasional visits to Aberdeen.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day client service and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
* Working closely with Client Managers to understand clients’ needs and support renewals.
* Advising on risk management and insurance programme improvements.
* Negotiating terms with insurers and preparing marketing presentations.
* Building strong relationships with clients and insurers alike.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in commercial insurance, ideally with some exposure to the Energy sector.
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
