What You'll Bring
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team.
Day To Day You’ll Be
* Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the UK & Europe Business, co-ordinating with International senior stakeholders
* Leading the month-end deliverables for FP&A, providing insightful financial analysis
* Championing and driving continuous improvements in reporting tools and FP&A processes
* Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations
* Leading, mentoring and developing a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of high performance and resilience.
Essential Skills & Experience
* A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Proven experience in FP&A or a similar finance role
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
* Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
* A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Team leadership that is adaptable and resilient with a high degree of emotional intelligence
