Think Google HQ, Apple HQ, and a current flagship job in Central London. They’ve got 47 live sites in Zone 1, and a track record of delivering top-level control systems for Tier 1 main contractors and large-scale M&E firms.

The Role:
* Full project ownership from design and engineering through to install and commissioning
* Projects average £1.5M — and you’ll typically manage 1 or 2 at a time (never more than 3)
* You’ll be backed by a tight team: Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, and Supervisor — with admin support on the bigger schemes
* Interface directly with clients, consultants, and site teams — autonomy and trust are baked into the culture
What We're Looking For:
* Background in BMS, controls, or ELV systems (fire, security, data)
* Client-facing, independent PMs who know how to lead teams and run jobs
* Comfortable delivering on technically demanding MEP packages
* Familiar with building automation, energy controls or integrated systems
* Based within commuting distance to Central London — all travel to site covered
