This Account Manager (Client Services & Delivery Management) role sits at the heart of a specialist consultancy operating across data, technology and customer engagement. You’ll create trusted relationships with clients and own the delivery of high-impact projects. You’ll manage day-to-day activity, coordinate teams, and ensure work lands on time and to a high standard. As an Account Manager (Client Services & Delivery Management), you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery leads, helping clients turn strategy into action. What you’ll be doing As an Account Manager (Client Services & Delivery Management), you’ll manage a portfolio of client relationships and act as the main point of contact. You’ll lead day-to-day communication and keep projects moving. You’ll translate client needs into clear briefs and delivery plans. You’ll oversee delivery, tracking scope, timelines and budgets. You’ll work with technical and specialist teams to coordinate activity and manage dependencies. You’ll identify risks early and work through solutions. You’ll also support commercial activity. This includes forecasting, invoicing, and spotting opportunities to extend existing work where there is clear value alignment. Clear reporting and structured updates will be a key part of your role. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in account management, client services or project delivery roles. Confidence managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders. Experience coordinating projects, timelines and budgets. Understanding of data, CRM or technology-enabled programmes. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to structure work, manage priorities and document decisions. Experience working with delivery frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
