The Opportunity :
The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its dynamic and expanding Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on a wide range of corporate matters- including M&A, securities, tax structuring, financing, and compliance - while gaining direct access to clients and assuming meaningful responsibility from day one.
You’ll collaborate closely with seasoned partners across disciplines and industries, advising a diverse portfolio of clients that includes closely held businesses, startups, and multinational corporations. The role offers strong mentorship, hands-on experience, and the ability to play a key role in shaping legal and business strategy for clients across the region and beyond.
This firm embraces a flexible hybrid work model, allowing for a balanced mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. With a lower billable hours requirement than that of larger firms, it offers a supportive environment where attorneys can thrive both professionally and personally.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and current admission in good standing to the Massachusetts Bar.
5+ years of relevant corporate law experience such as handling mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, entity formation, and general corporate governance. Some transferable client relationships are preferred but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic legal guidance to business clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively interact with clients.
