We are recruiting an experienced Sales Advisor for our East Midlands Region at Woolcroft Rise, Shepshed, Leicestershire. You will play a key role in the success of this 5-year development delivering 200 high-quality homes, representing Bloor Homes, known for quality, customer care, and community.
Main Duties:
This role includes:
* Maintaining knowledge of products, construction, local info, competitors, and regulations, and using this knowledge professionally.
* Engaging prospects, recording visits, following up, and updating prospects via CRM.
* Taking reservations and managing paperwork efficiently, ensuring customers understand the sales process.
* Adhering to timescales, contracts, and targets.
* Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and valuers.
* Collaborating with Financial Advisors to stay updated on mortgage products.
* Upholding company policies and undertaking additional tasks as needed.
