Client Review & Operations Coordinator - Hybrid/Christchurch - Salary up to £27,000 DOE
We are recruiting a Client Review & Operations Coordinator for a well-established and growing company in Christchurch.
This varied role involves preparing review documents, managing appointments, maintaining systems, and providing general admin and occasional reception cover.
Main responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute client review documentation with a high level of accuracy
* Ensure timely delivery of review packs to clients and internal staff
* Maintain internal systems and records, supporting improvements to the review process
* Proactively manage diaries and book client review appointments across multiple locations
* Use tools such as Calendly to coordinate bookings
* Liaise with clients via phone and email to confirm meetings and manage follow-ups
* Ensure appointment records are always up to date in the CRM system
* Provide occasional front-of-house cover during staff absence
* Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle post
* Update client records
* Support internal projects
* Assist with general team admin and contribute to continuous process improvements
