About the role This full‑time role (37 hours) is offered on a fixed‑term basis until 31st August 2026. You’ll be part of the team covering the Cardiff, Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot areas. This isn’t just about managing homes – it’s about people, places, and creating thriving communities. You’ll take the lead of a neighbourhood patch, building meaningful relationships with customers and making a real difference on the ground. As a Neighbourhood Housing Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving this by knowing your customers, spotting concerns early, and working closely with colleagues in housing support and community development to help people live safely in their homes. Skills and Experience Needed You’ll bring solid experience in tenancy and estate management, working collaboratively to deliver flexible, customer‑focused services. You’ll be confident building strong relationships with external agencies and elected representatives, and committed to putting customers first. A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is essential, along with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to engage with the communities this role covers.
