Description
The Interim Commercial Property Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
* Supporting with the management of a large portfolio of properties
* Submitting land registry applications
* Drafting of AP1 forms
* Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
* Conducting due diligence for commercial property transactions.
* Supporting the legal team with general property-related matters.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide legal solutions.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
Profile
A successful Interim Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
