Senior Project Manager – Security & Access Transformation
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic security projects — starting with a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) implementation — as part of a wider security and transformation roadmap.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple business areas, leading teams to deliver secure, seamless digital access solutions while ensuring the organisation’s systems, policies, and user journeys meet modern security and compliance standards.
Role Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end delivery of the CIAM programme, establishing a robust and scalable operating model post-implementation.
* Define and document user journeys for customer access management and ensure a secure, frictionless experience.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Produce project documentation including business cases, plans, risk logs, and progress reports for senior stakeholders and boards.
* Manage project budgets, benefits realisation, and investment appraisals (ROI, payback, opportunity cost).
* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and managed service providers.
* Contribute to the broader change portfolio, mentoring junior project managers and embedding strong project governance practices.
Experience Required:
* Expertise managing complex IT or security transformation projects, ideally within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or CIAM.
* Proven track record delivering outsourced or managed IT services, preferably within the security domain.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, and compliance functions.
* Expertise in change management, risk management, and vendor governance.
