Customer Advisor – Part Time – 7.5 hours per week – 3 Month Fixed Term Contract – Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm – UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour – B&Q Newton Abbot.

What's the job?
Join our team and become an expert advisor. Your role will focus on understanding each customer’s home improvement projects and guiding them to the right solutions. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll also have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but great customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need
We are looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and slightly obsessed with home improvement. You should be friendly and outgoing, taking pleasure in helping others. You’ll enjoy expanding your skills with new technology and adapting to modern ways of working. Teamwork and flexibility are key – you must be willing to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
