A corporatepany based in central Bracknell is seeking a capable candidate to work as an Office Co-Ordinator.

Your new role

Administrative Support
1. Managing office supplies and inventory
2. Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
3. Handling iing and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
4. Scheduling meetings and appointments
5. Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Staff Coordination
6. Supporting onboarding of new employees
7. Maintaining staff records and contact lists
8. Coordinating internalmunications and announcements

Office Management
9. Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
10. Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues
11. Managing meeting rooms and shared spaces

Technology & Systems
12. Assisting with IT support or coordinating with IT teams
13. Managing office software and tools (, calendars, booking systems)
Event Planning
14. Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions
15. Coordinating logistics forpany functions or team-building activities
