Sales Development Rep / B2B Lead Generator
Up to £28,000 DOE + high OTE
We are looking for an experienced Telephone Business Development Executive / SDR Sales Development Representative to join our technology company based in Falkirk.
Responsibilities
* Develop new sales opportunities and set sales appointments for field sales colleagues.
* Call both new and existing customers to generate leads.
* Manage the first stage of the sales process and hand over prospects to experienced field sales consultants for final presentation and sale.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of telesales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of IT technology solutions.
* Proven appointment making / lead generation experience in another sector acceptable if solid career history.
* Strong communication and sales skills.
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic salary up to £28,000 DOE.
* Excellent commission structure enabling earnings above basic wage.
* Office based in Falkirk with flexible working from home options; applicants must live within Central Scotland.
