Here's one for the experienced estate agent who's ready to step up, take charge of valuations, and lead from the front. We're on the lookout for a confident, driven Senior Negotiator & Valuer to join a well-established estate agency in Blackpool. If you thrive on results, know how to win instructions, and can close deals with style – this could be your next big move.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be out there listing properties, building trust with vendors, and delivering valuations that win business. You'll handle viewings, negotiate offers, and guide deals through to completion – all while giving clients the sort of service that gets you remembered and recommended.
You'll be working alternate weekends with a day off in lieu, and will receive a car allowance to support the demands of the role, so you're fully supported on the road.
The basic salary goes up to £30,000 depending on experience, with a realistic OTE north of £45,000 thanks to a strong commission structure that rewards performance, not just presence. You'll be joining a team that collaborates, celebrates success, and has the backing of a leadership team who genuinely value what you bring to the table.
