About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrator
to join our clients team on a temporary contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative and customer service support in a busy and dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, handling inbound enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally, logging details accurately in Salesforce.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Assist with credit control through query resolution.
Support the Administration Coordinator with purchase orders, records, and ad-hoc projects.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
Provide prompt resolution of complaints with a focus on customer retention.
Undertake training and development as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
PC literate with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Numerate and organised, with a problem-solving mindset.
