Following the successful establishment of AKI in Valletta, Malta, and with our exciting upcoming launch in London, we are now looking for a talented and innovative Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Job Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service Delegate tasks to Assistant Managers and other staff members to maintain high standards and operational efficiency Address feedback from guests in a professional manner Work closely with the Senior Receptionist to coordinate the smooth turnover of tables and manage dining flow effectively Monitor and adjust service levels to meet guest needs and operational demands Manage stock and ordering, effectively operating equipment to ensure we never run low Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including proper food handling and hygiene practices Mentor and strengthen the Assistant Manager team Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction Effectively maintain and communicate the rota Manage the distribution of hours, adding shifts when busy and reducing them when quieter than expected Communicate insights to the General Manager Commit to completion of online training within 2 weeks of start date Job Requirements Proven experience in customer service. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Competency in Microsoft Office applications. Effective management, leadership, and motivational skills. Strong financial management acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
