2. Outside of IR35
3. Working for a reputable company
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
4. NEC4 contract experience.
5. Civil Engineering background - experience working on Civil Engineering projects: heavy civils, highways, water, drainage, groundworks etc. Water experience is desired but not essential
6. Experience working on site previously and aware how they operate.
7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and profit/loss calculations.
