ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - Lisburn Road Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known and reputable private healthcare provider based on the Lisburn Road. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Company Accountant, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following daily duties: Sales ledger invoice processing Credit control Payment processing Prepare weekly and monthly sales, purchases, debtor and creditor reports. Maintain accurate accounting records of patient/supplier payment history, disputes, and resolutions. Assist in producing regular cash flow forecasts and reports for management General administrative duties Essential Criteria: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within accounts and credit control essential Knowledge of credit control practices and sales and purchase ledger and cashflow management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software (e. and MS Office software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
