The Opportunity:
You'll work directly with people at various stages of their recovery journey, offering structured support, motivation, and guidance. From initial assessments to regular keywork sessions, you’ll be there to help them set goals, stay on track, and connect with the right services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting a caseload of clients, offering regular check-ins and structured interventions
*
Developing tailored recovery plans that reflect each person’s unique strengths and needs
*
Delivering motivational work and relapse prevention support
*
Collaborating with local services – including clinical teams, housing support, and mental health professionals
*
Keeping accurate and timely records of progress and key milestones
*
Promoting harm reduction, safety, and engagement with treatment pathways
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working within substance misuse, mental health, social care, or a similar setting
*
A person-centred, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
*
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
*
Confidence in managing risk and safeguarding concerns
*
A team player who can also work independently when needed
*
[Desirable but not essential] A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Addiction, or Support Work
