Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing team by identifying and attracting top talent. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews and supporting hiring managers.
Responsibilities
* Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
* Review resumes and job applications
* Draft and refine job descriptions
* Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and follow-up calls
* Provide accurate information about open roles and career opportunities within the company
* Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and recruitment activities
* Support the development of a strong recruitment presence and positive candidate experience
* Stay up to date with recruitment best practices and tools
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
* Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment planning
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and online recruitment platforms
* Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation
