Cloud Architect – Defence & National Security Location : Basingstoke (Hybrid 2-3 Days Per Week)

A global leader in digital transformation is hiring two Cloud Architects to join its Defence & National Security division. This is a unique opportunity to influence national infrastructure and work on mission-critical systems that directly support UK security operations. As a Cloud Architect, you’ll help shape and deliver secure, scalable cloud environments—across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI—within high-assurance, complex programmes. If you’re passionate about cloud innovation, hybrid delivery, and mentoring others while making a tangible impact, this role is for you.
Collaborate across technical teams to integrate public and private cloud systems.
• Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and transformation strategies.
• Extensive experience as a Cloud Architect, designing end-to-end solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Agile delivery experience with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI (preferred).
• UK citizenship and eligibility for high-level UK security clearance (essential).
Compensation & Package:
• 15% Performance Bonus
• 10% DV Clearance Bonus
