We’re seeking a commercially savvy, strategically minded, and guest-obsessed Hotel Revenue Manager for an 8-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. This position can be based at our London Head Office or at Alton Towers Resort.
As Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding occupancy and revenue targets, delivering value and memorable experiences for guests, and leading revenue and pricing strategies across our accommodation offerings. You will report to the UK Revenue Management Director and collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and implement new systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving and surpassing budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.
* Shaping revenue and pricing strategies across all streams.
* Using data insights for forecasting and tactical decisions.
* Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to drive revenue.
* Implementing and embedding a new Revenue Management System.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ideal candidates will have experience in revenue management within hospitality, knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera), RMS (EZRMS), channel management tools, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
