Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include, but may not be limited to;
3. Manage and maintain client accounts
4. Ensure timely collection of payments
5. Process invoices and conduct credit checks
6. Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
7. Monitor debtor balances to ensure reduction of debtor days
8. Liaise with customers regarding unpaid debts
9. Reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
10. Not for Profit and Charities background
11. Ability to commute to Cheadle
12. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles
13. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills
15. The ability to work in a team and individually
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
