McNair Building Supplies are looking to recruit an experienced 7.5T Driver at our busy branch based in Kirkintilloch.
This is a permanent position and the successful candidate would require a Cat 1 License (7.5T) however a Class 2 License would be an advantage as we operate a variety of vehicles.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be physically fit as the job requires manual handling tasks.
Main Duties Include:
Multi Drop Deliveries to our customer base
Carrying out daily safety checks on your vehicle and reporting any defects
Documentation completed accurately
Complying with relevant legislation in line with drivers hours
Deliveries in Glasgow and the West of Scotland
Candidates must have:
The appropriate category license held for a minimum of 2 years
No more than 6 points and no DD or DR or IN codes endorsed on their license
Valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
Digital Tachograph Card
Good customer service skills at point of delivery

Salary: Earn up to £37,500 per annum (paid weekly)
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 7.00am – 5.00pm
Alternate Sat 7.00am – 12.00 noon (or earlier finish)
