I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Denbigh, Denbighshire supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
**Salary: £27,736 - £28,899 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available!
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: A variety of shifts, including optional sleep,s including weekends

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:
Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
Following care plans for each individual.
Taking service users out into the community.
Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements of the Support Worker Role:
