Youth Worker – School-Based (Liverpool) Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Immediate Start Available A vibrant and dedicated education support service is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Youth Worker to join their team, working within schools across Liverpool. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by supporting them directly within classroom settings. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students thrive in their education and personal development. They will act as a positive role model, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to students who may need additional help to engage with their learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to students, working alongside teaching staff. Build positive relationships with young people to encourage their participation and engagement. Promote good behaviour and set a strong example as a role model. Help to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assist with the social and emotional development of students. Essential Requirements: Proven experience working with children or young people in a school, youth, or community setting. A genuine passion for supporting students in their education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, reliable, and committed approach. Availability to work full-time during school hours.
