We're now offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, learn the trade, and progress all the way to senior levels in our growing business.
The Role
As an Apprentice, you'll work alongside qualified engineers, gaining hands-on experience across building services with a focus on air conditioning systems. You'll start by learning the basics — installation, servicing, and maintenance — and as your confidence grows, you'll move onto diagnosing faults and taking responsibility for your own sites.
This is a career path, not just a job. Our apprentices have clear progression opportunities into senior and supervisory roles.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist engineers with air conditioning installation, servicing & maintenance
Learn diagnostics & fault-finding across HVAC systems
Gain exposure to heating, ventilation & electrical services
Work safely on-site in schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings
Keep tools, PPE, and work areas safe & organised
Attend training sessions and earn while you learn
What We're Looking For
Keen interest in engineering & problem-solving
Motivated, reliable & eager to learn
Team player with good communication skills
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, Science, or Technical subjects a bonus
Willing to work hard and progress into higher levels within the business

Monday – Friday, based around 42.5 hours on-site (40 working hours)
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day Flexibility required for additional hours when needed for project completion
