Commercial Manager
OA are currently working with s successful, growing organisation within the packaging distribution industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to support with the commercial and operational processes as well as ensuring excellent customer service.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
£50,000 - £60,000
20 days annual leave + bank holidays

Commercial Manager – Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring team motivation is maintained and promoting effective teamwork.
Driving sales internally as well as keeping excellent communication between business functions.
Driving KPI’s and reporting on performance figures.
Managing inventory alongside the purchasing team as well as generating and developing supplier relationships.
Completing risk assessments and fire safety.
Commercial Manager – Skills & Experience:
Be outgoing and maintain a positive attitude as well as being a natural team leader.
Strong academic background.
Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude that completes tasks quickly and to a high standard.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Have strong numerical skills.
Ability to lead and delegate tasks.
