Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for a Team Coach to join our Customer Contact team in Bristol. You will work closely with the team to ensure that the quality of work not only meets but exceeds standards. Responsibilities include providing on-hand training, coaching, monthly supervisions, and new starter training.
Your Role
As a Team Coach, your duties will include:
* Providing face-to-face feedback and coaching
* Creating and monitoring monthly supervision review documents
* Training new starters and supporting their development plans
* Monitoring feedback from Lender Clients, assessing, logging, and providing feedback to agents
* Developing and delivering new training packages, setting up sessions, monitoring attendance, and record keeping
* Delivering bite-sized training sessions (Buzz Sessions)
* Undertaking projects related to training, development, and quality monitoring
Your Skills and Experience
* Awareness of the commercial concerns related to mortgage repossessions
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Experience working within a volume caseload environment
* Ability to improve processes and communicate changes effectively
* Understanding learning & development needs and working with individuals to find solutions, including setting SMART objectives
