Location: Hybrid - Bromley
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
Salary: £38-£49k PA

The role
Experienced, hands-on Marketing & Communications Officer to create and manage digital and print content, run social channels and website, and support campaigns and events to strengthen brand and engagement.
Key responsibilities
Plan and produce content across web, social and print.
Manage website via CMS (WordPress/Wix) and support basic SEO.
Create/edit digital assets (images, GIFs, short-form media); provide photography.
Support events, brand governance, supplier coordination and admin (incl. minute‑taking).Essential requirements
Degree in marketing/communications/digital media (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' experience in marketing/communications.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
CMS and social media management; basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn).
Strong written communication, organisation and MS Office skills.Desirable
Videography skills; experience in health/mental health/social care; GEO/AI search optimisation.Benefits (summary)
