International Sales Manager
to take charge of the
EMEA territory
.
This is a role for someone who knows how to
hunt, win, and grow accounts
. You'll be talking to buyers, distributors, and importers across multiple countries: building relationships, pitching products, and making sure your patch delivers profitable growth.
The Role
* Deliver and exceed your EMEA sales targets with a clear territory strategy
* Hunt new business opportunities: following leads, researching prospects, and opening doors
* Manage and develop existing key accounts, ensuring long-term growth and profitability
* Negotiate with buyers, distributors, and wholesalers across diverse markets
* Keep CRM up to date with leads, activity, and progress
* Travel across the EMEA region to meet clients, pitch products, and attend trade shows
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
* Proven
B2B sales experience
* ideally FMCG, food & drink, export, or wholesale
* Strong account management skills with a track record of
growing accounts internationally
* Comfortable cold calling, pitching, and negotiating with buyers
* Commercial mindset: able to prioritise by value, profitability, and chance of success
* Organised, analytical, and detail-focused with advanced Excel skills
* International outlook - adaptable, culturally aware, and happy to travel regularly
