Role: Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am to 15:30pm
Pay: £12.82 per hour
Contract: ASAP until May 2026, possibility for extension
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative to join one of our clients, a busy and well established warehouse operation in Brighton, East Sussex.

The Requirements:
* Valid forklift licence Counterbalance or Reach Truck
* Previous experience as a forklift operator
* Good physical fitness and ability to lift products
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow instructions
* Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems is advantageous
* Own PPE including safety boots and hi vis vest
The Role:
* Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
* Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers
* Move materials and products to designated warehouse locations
* Stack and organise stock in line with inventory procedures
* Carry out basic equipment checks and report any faults
* Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment
* Support general warehouse duties including stock control and pallet movement
* Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
