1. Coordinate the development of LF Tps warfighting Reserve mobilisation policy in line with Army and LF plans/policy. 2. Ensure integration of LF Tps Reserve force elements into Regular force elements’ Warfighting activity. 3. Manage and maintain cross functional coherence of LF Tps Reserve capability risks, issues and opportunities. 4. Provide advice on Reserve Terms & Conditions of Service (including Reserve O&D issues and RSD management) to the Commanders. 5. Act as focal point for Reserve matters across the LF Tps Fms maintaining effective internal and external communication with Army, LF and LF Tps Reserve stakeholders. 6. Deliver/support bespoke projects including planning sprints, policy, systems, process and procedural reviews within LF Tps and LF Tps Sp Br.
